Карагандинская МФО лишилась лицензии.

The LLP "Microfinance Organization 'FinansInvest'" has lost its license to conduct microfinance activities, as per the order from the head of the regional representatives of the ARRF in the city of Karaganda dated January 10, 2025.

The basis for the revocation of the license was the systematic failure to comply with written directives from the authorized body, as stated in the press release.

Now, in accordance with the law "On Microfinance Activities," FinansInvest is required to undergo re-registration within 30 days, removing the words "microfinance organization" (and their derivatives) from its name, or decide on reorganization or liquidation.

Clients who have taken microloans from the MFO must repay their debts; otherwise, they will be held accountable according to the terms of the contracts they have entered into, the ARRF warned.
