On January 26, Dimash Kudaibergen arrived in Budapest to participate as a jury member in the 10th anniversary season of the Virtuosos project, reports Kazpravda.kz
According to dimashnews.com, this unique competition for young talents, which reveals the world of classical music to a wide television audience, will provide viewers with unforgettable experiences. The program features four young talented musicians from Hungary, Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, and Montenegro.
In the semifinals, participants from each country compete against each other in pairs. Then, the finalists face off, resulting in five winners—one from each participating country.
The high level of competition is further confirmed by the esteemed jury composed of world-renowned professionals in the music field, who will evaluate not only the virtuosity of the performance but also the participant's stage presence and emotional impact on the audience.
Kazakh musician Dimash Kudaibergen will participate in the Virtuosos project for the second time. Last year, he served for the first time on the jury of this competition.
In the final of last year's project, Dimash performed a duet with the greatest voice of the 20th century, maestro Plácido Domingo. The musicians sang the duet of Nadir and Zurga, "Au Fond du Temple Saint," from Georges Bizet's opera "The Pearl Fishers."
Let us remind you that the world-famous Kazakh singer was previously recognized as the "Cultural Figure of the Year" for the fourth time.
