The premiere of the Nomad Inspiration program took place on the stage of the Grand Hall of the Astana Opera, in collaboration with the ethno-folk ensemble HasSak, reports Kazpravda.kz referencing the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The program featured premieres of the pieces: “Той бастар” and “Аралым,” inspired by the music of the HasSak ensemble, as well as “Әлем” (“The Foundations of the Universe”) set to the music of composer Khamit Shangaliyev.
Additionally, the program showcased performances by the HasSak ethno-folk ensemble, including “ХасСақнама,” “Ұлы Жібек Жолы,” “Зәурен,” “Аңсау,” “Өрлеу,” “Тұран жолбарысы,” and “Тарту.”
It is important to note that this is not the first collaboration between the theater and the Kazakh ethno-folk ensemble HasSak. The realization of such an ambitious program was made possible thanks to the artistic director of the ballet troupe, Altynai Asylmuratova, who actively supports and nurtures young choreographers within the walls of the Astana Opera, the Ministry of Culture added.
