On the third day of the "Strandja Cup" competitions in Sofia (Bulgaria), often referred to as the small world championship in boxing, 17 bouts featuring Kazakhstani boxers took place, with 14 of them effectively securing medals for the tournament, reports Sports.kz.

It is worth noting that the winners of the quarterfinal matches secured themselves a bronze medal at the tournament in Bulgaria. The match between Mahmud Sabyrkhan and Bashkim Bajoku from Kosovo did not take place due to the illness of the Kazakhstani boxer.
