A 29-year-old man has gone missing in the Pavlodar region.

In the Pavlodar region, authorities are searching for a disabled individual, Erlan Shakenov, who has been missing for three days after leaving his home, as reported by NUR.KZ citing the regional police department.

According to the press service of the agency, on February 24 at 15:00, Erlan Askhatovich Shakenov, born in 1995, a person with a 3rd group disability (cerebral palsy, developmental delay), left home and has not returned. The man is registered with the OPND. He has a mobile phone with him. He has previously gone missing.

Distinguishing features: height 170 cm, average build. The missing person was dressed in a black jacket with the "Reebok" logo, dark pants, and dark shoes.

The police are conducting operational search activities to establish the whereabouts of the 29-year-old man.

"If you have any information, please contact us at 102. Anonymity is guaranteed," - the Pavlodar region police appealed to the public.

It was previously reported that a missing minor girl and a young man, who disappeared in September 2024, were found alive in a rented apartment near Almaty. According to the police, the 17-year-old girl left home with her acquaintance and was hiding. She has been returned to her parents.

Additionally, a woman who was reported missing was discovered at Almaty airport - her relatives had announced her as a missing person. After her identity was established, the 67-year-old woman was handed over to the person who initiated the search for further clarification of the circumstances surrounding her disappearance.
