UFC announced the achievement of Angolan fighter Manel Kape (21-7) following his knockout victory over Kazakhstani fighter Asu Almbayev (21-3) at the UFC Fight Night 253 in Las Vegas (USA, Nevada), as reported by Sports.kz.

“With his victory, 'Starboy' (Kape's nickname) now shares second place for the most knockouts in the flyweight division in UFC history! 5 knockouts - Joseph Benavidez, 4 knockouts - Davison Figueiredo, Manel Kape, John Lineker, Dustin Ortiz,” wrote UFC on Instagram.
We remind you that Asu Almbayev lost to Manel Kape by technical knockout in the third round. For the Kazakhstani, this was his first fight in the UFC — now his record in the promotion stands at 4-1.
