Kazakh fighter Goyti Dazaev (12-3-1) participated in the Fight Nights 126 mixed martial arts tournament in Sochi (Russia), reports Sports.kz.
Dazaev faced off in a rematch against Russian fighter Dmitry Bikrev (15-3), who entered the bout as the league champion in the welterweight division. The fight was scheduled for five rounds but ended in a surprising knockout victory for Bikrev in the first round. The knockout video can be viewed below.
As a result, Dmitry Bikrev achieved his sixteenth victory in his professional career and successfully defended his Fight Night welterweight championship title, while Goyti Dazaev suffered his fourth defeat. It’s worth noting that the first match between Dazaev and Bikrev took place in 2021, ending with a knockout win for the Russian in the third round.
