The KPL club has found reinforcements in Russia.

As reported by Metaratings.ru, 33-year-old midfielder Alan Chochiev is highly likely to join the Taldykorgan-based “Zhetysu” as a free agent, according to Sports.kz.

According to the source, the parties have reached a preliminary agreement. By the end of the current week, the 33-year-old midfielder is expected to join the club in Kazakhstan.

On February 20, “Alania,” where players were offered significant salary cuts as part of a restructuring, announced Chochiev's departure. In the current season in the First League, he recorded two assists in 13 matches. Previously, Chochiev also played in Kazakhstan, representing the Karaganda-based “Shakhtar.”
