The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Bektenov, and the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers – Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, visited the National Space Center "Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary" and the Digital Government office of Kazakhstan, reports Kazpravda.kz citing the press service of the government of Kazakhstan.
At the National Space Center, the Kazakh side presented developments by local scientists in the field of remote sensing of the Earth and space monitoring. The potential applications of these technologies for managing natural resources, monitoring agricultural conditions, responding to emergencies, and identifying unauthorized landfills were demonstrated.
In the Digital Office, the Kyrgyz delegation showcased initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of public services and implementing advanced digital solutions. For instance, the "Social Wallet" project enables targeted state support for specific categories of citizens in a proactive manner. Information on the level of social well-being of the population is accumulated in the "Digital Family Map" information system. Analytics are conducted at the regional level, allowing for the formulation of specific recommendations for each area. Currently, over 6 million Kazakh families are digitized in the system, with their well-being analyzed based on more than 100 indicators.
There was an exchange of experiences regarding the use of artificial intelligence to enhance the transparency of public administration. The Unified platform for receiving, processing, and analyzing appeals from citizens and businesses, eOtinish, the notary information system eNotary, and the National Artificial Intelligence platform were presented, allowing developers and government agencies to integrate AI solutions into key sectors.
Notable experiences in implementing innovative initiatives that contribute to the automation of processes and the enhancement of governmental administration efficiency were highlighted. Currently, the number of users of the e-government mobile application eGov reaches 10 million. Through the service, citizens have access to approximately 1,000 services, with 72 million services rendered.
