An office, a three-story building, and a recreation area were put up for sale for 294 million tenge in southern Kazakhstan.

In Taraz, the decision by the Civil Service Inspectorate regarding the transfer of seized assets, including an office, a house, and a recreational area for sale at a price of 294 million tenge, has been revoked, reports NUR.KZ citing the Zhambyl Regional Court.
В южном Казахстане на продажу выставлены офис, трехэтажное здание и зона отдыха за 294 млн тенге.

According to the official Telegram channel of the court, the administrative case regarding the individual entrepreneur's lawsuit against the private bailiff for the cancellation of the order to transfer property for sale was reviewed by the SMAS of the Zhambyl region.

The court determined that based on the enforcement orders issued by the Tazakh city court, two enforcement proceedings were initiated by the private bailiff to collect debts jointly from the individual entrepreneur and his spouse in favor of the bank, with a claim on the pledged property.

In December 2024, the private bailiff issued an order to transfer the office, a three-story residential building, and a recreation area for sale, establishing an initial sale price for their realization totaling over 294 million tenge.

The entrepreneur filed a lawsuit, stating that the private bailiff had committed significant violations when issuing the order.

The court reliably established that the disputed order did not reflect information about the indivisible land plots with a total area of 3.5 and 4.5 hectares, designated for the maintenance of the recreation area.

"Under these circumstances, the court found the disputed order to be illegal and subject to cancellation," the court explained.

The court's decision fully granted the claim, and the private bailiff's order was annulled. The decision has not yet entered into legal force.

It was previously reported that a resident of the Mangistau region, who owed alimony of 1.6 million tenge, paid 200,000 tenge to lift the travel ban and flew off to vacation in the United Arab Emirates and Uzbekistan. In court, the private bailiff fully admitted his guilt in receiving illegal remuneration and abusing his powers.

In the Zhambyl region, the private bailiff improperly fulfilled his duties in recovering a debt of 10 million tenge. The court established that the private bailiff should have taken action to locate the debtor and, upon discovery, submitted a report to the authorized body for criminal prosecution.
