Renowned football commentator Roman Naguchiev addressed the question of whether the potential newcomer to “Kairat”, Artem Dzyuba, might provoke conflicts in Kazakhstan, similar to what happened with Stanislav Cherchesov, in an interview with Meta-ratings.kz, as reported by Sports.kz.
“Dzyuba has a unique sense of humor, but it differs significantly from Cherchesov's. There’s a childlike charm to it. He makes funny jokes and is quite likable as a person. If you gain Artem's trust, interacting with him is a pleasure. It feels like living with your best friend in a dorm.
Thus, when Dzyuba joins a team, he brings a positive atmosphere: young players look up to him and feel inspired. This has always been the case. If we look at how Artem joined “Tom”, “Rostov”, or “Arsenal” from Tula on loan, all teams performed remarkably well. He maintained that atmosphere. So, I don't foresee any conflicts. This man is more refined in humor than Stanislav Salamovich and, simply because he is younger, he is better at keeping up with trends. Noticing what happened between journalists and Cherchesov, he will likely try to steer clear of similar situations. Dzyuba will be a huge favorite among the public,” said Naguchiev.
It’s worth noting that after one of his jokes regarding the state language, former head coach of the Kazakhstan national team, Stanislav Cherchesov, was fined by the KFF. Artem Dzyuba, who is attracting interest from “Kairat,” also has a penchant for making quips both in the media and on the field.
