The teenagers will be registered with the police department. Their behavior will be reviewed by the regional commission for the protection of minors' rights. Parents will be held strictly accountable for failing to fulfill their responsibilities in raising their children.
A recommendation will be submitted to the administration of the educational institution to eliminate the causes and conditions that contributed to the incident.
