В Казахстане началась мартовская сессия ЕНТ.

The majority of participants – 76% – take the exam in the Kazakh language, while another 23.9% have chosen Russian, and 162 individuals opted to take the test in English.

The most sought-after combination of subjects is "Biology-Chemistry" (17.5%) – this choice is made by future doctors, teachers, and agriculture specialists. The second place goes to the combination "Mathematics-Physics" (17.1%), popular among aspiring engineers, while the third is "Mathematics-Computer Science" (10.5%), reflecting an interest in the IT field.

The ENТ consists of 120 questions across five subjects: three mandatory ones – "History of Kazakhstan" (20 questions), "Reading Literacy" (10), "Mathematical Literacy" (10) – and two specialized subjects (40 questions each). The maximum score achievable is 140. Test-takers are given 4 hours to complete the exam, and additional time (40 minutes) is provided for children with special educational needs.

The March testing session is intended for graduates from previous years, college students, stateless individuals of Kazakh nationality, as well as 11th-grade students who wish to enroll in a university on a paid basis.

On the first day of the ENТ, 775 individuals from across the country participate in the testing. Applicants selected their preferred date, time, and location in advance.

Earlier, "Kursiv" reported that artificial intelligence would begin to be used in the creation of ENТ questions.
