According to a statement from eGov.kz, the founders of Ordabasy Group are Dinmukhamet Idrisov and Jarmukhamed Appaz.
Dinmukhamet Idrisov ranks 17th among the wealthiest businessmen in Kazakhstan in 2024 according to Forbes. His net worth is estimated at $530 million. In addition to Ordabasy Group, Idrisov owns the company "Kazakhstan Communal Systems," which operates in Shymkent, Karaganda, Turkestan, Mangystau, and East Kazakhstan regions. He also holds stakes in the mining company "Keregetas," "Ushku," Kundybai Mining, and other companies.
In June 2024, "Kursiv" wrote that the Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant (at that time, owned by the family of billionaire Idrisov) increased its net profit for 2023 nearly tenfold – from 58.6 million to 491.7 million tenge.
