A representative from the Songpa police district in Seoul confirmed that a woman has been summoned to provide testimony regarding allegations of sexual harassment. However, her identity has not been disclosed for privacy reasons. The police initiated an investigation following an online complaint but declined to provide further details as the case is still under review.

According to media reports, South Korean law enforcement identified the woman with the assistance of Japanese police. She is reportedly over 50 years old and has declined to attend the questioning.

The incident occurred in June 2024, when Jin (Kim Seokjin) hosted an event to celebrate BTS's 11th anniversary the day after completing his mandatory 18-month military service, offering fans free hugs.

During the event, which was attended by approximately 1000 people, a woman unexpectedly kissed Jin on the cheek, leaving him visibly confused, as seen in a video that quickly spread online.

Later, Yonhap reported that this woman wrote on her blog: “My lips touched his neck. His skin was so soft.”

BTS was formed in 2013 and has millions of fans worldwide who refer to themselves as the "ARMY." Jin is 32 years old and is the oldest member of the group.

Previously, "Kursiv" reported that another BTS member, J-Hope, shared photos of his extensive Louis Vuitton bag collection.
