The document states that as of November 24, 2024, nearly 1.5 million individuals are listed by ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) as subject to deportation.
It is noted that they have not yet been detained by the competent authorities for further deportation.
The document indicates that there are currently 369 citizens of Kazakhstan illegally residing in the U.S. who may be deported.
In addition to Kazakhs, the document specifies that there are 319 citizens of Kyrgyzstan, over 3,500 Russians, 975 citizens of Uzbekistan, and 40 Turkmen nationals illegally in the U.S.
Notably, the list also mentions that 337 "citizens of the USSR" are subject to deportation.

As a reminder, yesterday the Kazakh Foreign Ministry discussed how the new U.S. immigration policy may affect Kazakhs in the country. It was noted that the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the U.S. is monitoring this issue closely.
Earlier, representatives of the embassy reached out to Kazakhs residing in the States. The agency reminded that U.S. authorities provide foreign nationals without legal grounds for staying in the country the opportunity to voluntarily leave the U.S. This measure, as noted by the embassy, will allow citizens to avoid the process of forced removal and a ban on re-entry when applying for a U.S. visa again.
In case of emergencies or the need for consular-legal assistance, Kazakhs can contact the following numbers:
As a reminder, on January 21, in his inaugural speech, Donald Trump announced that he would declare a state of emergency at the U.S.-Mexico border and use the military to curb illegal immigration.
Later, it became known that patrols were established at the U.S.-Mexico border - police and security forces blocked the border.
The Russian service of the BBC reported that the U.S. Department of Justice instructed federal prosecutors to open criminal cases against officials in those cities and states that refuse to assist the new Trump administration's efforts to combat illegal immigration.
And this week, it became known that the U.S. will suspend the entry of immigrants, including Ukrainians, under programs that allowed them to reside temporarily in the country.
