According to the official website of the regulatory authority, the prosecutor's office of the Urjar district has discovered that an incapacitated individual possesses a valid driver's license, which poses a danger to others.
"One of the grounds for revoking the right to operate vehicles is the deterioration of the driver's health, which hinders safe vehicle operation, confirmed by a medical conclusion.", the agency noted.
As a result of measures taken by the district prosecutor's office, the incapacitated individual has been stripped of their driving rights.
Earlier, it was reported that in the Pavlodar region, a 74-year-old local resident was deprived of her driving license for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. During the court hearing, the pensioner admitted to the offense.
In the Turkestan region, police stopped a driver who had covered his vehicle's license plates with a wet wipe. He was held accountable under the article "Violation of vehicle operation rules." The man was banned from driving for one year and sentenced to administrative arrest.
