"On November 3, 2024, upon arrival of the flight from Saint Petersburg to Astana, the airline failed to provide assistance for a minor passenger with disabilities. As a result, the airline was held administratively accountable for violating transportation regulations (part 1 of article 571 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

Furthermore, according to part 1 of article 571 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, violations of the rules for international transportation of passengers, luggage, and cargo, except for transportation by road and rail, result in a fine equivalent to fifty monthly calculation indicators.
