Kazakhstani boxer Batyr Jukembayev (23-1, 17 KOs) has shared his main goal ahead of his return to the ring, as reported by Sports.kz.
On April 5 in Astana, he will face British boxer Kane Gardner (17-4, 7 KOs). This match will be part of a boxing event featuring the main fight between Janibek Alimkhanuly and Anauel Ngamissenge for the WBO and IBF middleweight championship titles.
“I have the entire country behind me! I won’t stop until I become the world champion,” wrote “Three Sevens” on social media platform X, tagging members of his team.
Batyr Jukembayev last fought in May 2024 in Plant City, Florida, USA, where he won by technical knockout in the fifth round against Ukrainian boxer Ivan Redkach (24-8-1, 19 KOs).
