The international boxing tournament “Strandja Cup 2025,” also referred to as the small world championship, has concluded in Sofia (Bulgaria), as reported by Sports.kz.
As a result of the competitions, the men's team of Kazakhstan secured a total of 18 medals: 5 gold, 9 silver, and 4 bronze. The gold medals were claimed by Yertugan Zeinullin (63.5 kg), Torekhan Sabyrkhan (67 kg), Ablaykhan Zhusupov (71 kg), Sabyrzhan Akkalykov (75 kg), and Bekzad Nurdauletov (86 kg). The silver medalists included Daniyal Sabit (51 kg), Timur Kabdeshov (54 kg), Serik Temirzhanov (60 kg), Mukhamedsabyr Bazarbayuly (63.5 kg), Farukh Tokhtasinov (71 kg), Timur Nurseitov (75 kg), Yerasyl Zhakpekov (80 kg), Nurbek Oralbay (86 kg), and Aibek Oralbay (92+ kg). The bronze medals were won by Temirtas Zhusupov (48 kg), Orazbek Asylkulov (57 kg), Talgat Syrymbetov (60 kg), and Daniyar Rakhimberdinov (92 kg).
