A 60-year-old resident of Petropavlovsk has received her Kazakhstani documents for the first time. Previously, she had only obtained documents in 1986. The woman reached out to the staff of the migration service at the police department of the North Kazakhstan region. The police conducted the procedure to establish her citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As of today, the city dweller has become the holder of an identification card and can freely enjoy all the rights of citizens of Kazakhstan.
In total, over the past year, police in the North Kazakhstan region have determined the citizenship status and documented 37 citizens.
